Serious accidents can cause serious injuries and that can mean big expenses and legal headaches for those involved in them. Such is the case involving a head-on crash in Gilbert and Queen Creek Roads that left four people injured on Wednesday morning.
According to authorities, the accident involved two vehicles and occurred at approximately 8:00 a.m. A spokesperson from the Chandler Fire Department said in a statement that three people were in one of the vehicles, while the fourth victim was the only occupant in the other vehicle.
Two Chandler paramedics just happened to be on their way to work when they came upon the accident scene. The two emergency workers were able to render aid to the crash victims immediately.
All four people were transported to area hospitals to be treated. Two of those involved in the accident suffered from life-threatening injuries. The identities of the victims have not yet been released.
The incident is still currently under investigation.
