Man Cited And Found At Fault By Police, Ticket Dismissed, Policy Limit Offer After Claim Denial.
My client, Zachery Quiroz-Hoffman was driving home and traveling through an intersection on a yellow light. He was struck by a vehicle turning left at the intersection which failed to yield to the client resulting in a collision. The client was cited for speeding and was deemed responsible for the collision. Mr. Ramirez attended court with the client and got his speeding ticket dismissed. The insurance claim was initially denied by the insurance carrier but after Mr. Ramirez got the speeding ticket dismissed he was able to successfully make his argument to the insurance carrier and ensured the client was fully compensated with a policy limit offer.
Client Found At Fault, Victim Of DUI Driver, Victim Advocate, Received Policy Limit Offer After Insurance Denied Claim.
Another client, Heather Pfaff, was driving to the post office, making a left turn at an intersection on a yellow light. She was struck by a vehicle proceeding through the intersection in the opposite direction. The client was cited for making an illegal left turn. The other driver was arrested for driving while impaired so there was a question as to whether he had actually ran a red light. The claim was initially denied by the insurance carrier. Mr. Ramirez was able to successfully make his argument to the insurance carrier and ensured our client was fully compensated with a policy limit offer. Mr. Ramirez also represented the client as “victim counsel” in the impaired driver’s criminal matter ensuring that the client’s victim’s rights were recognized and protected.
